HER LIFE
LOOKBOOK
The rhythms, narratives, and the cinematic quality of film soundtracks informed the design process and overall mood of thesis collection TO LIVE HER LIFE; in response, I decided to present an “album of dress” which took inspiration from vinyl records and their associated formatting and paraphernalia. Using the visual and physical language of the medium to translate the collection’s storytelling, each look is presented as a “song” within a gatefold format. Each side features a total of eight pages showcasing each look and a corresponding track.
